United Taxi Cab herein referred to as the company cannot be held responsible for any loss caused by damage, theft, fire or any other cause whatsoever.

Please note that should any item be left in the vehicle the company will not be held responsible.

Due to the nature of this service, we cannot be held responsible for delays as unforeseen circumstances can prevent our timeous arrival or departure. Should any unforeseen delays occur the company will where possible give the clients additional time in the vehicle.

The company cannot be held responsible should any vehicle be involved in an accident or has a breakdown which results in our not being able to fulfill the booking.

Should the booking not be filled out correctly with the full details, the company has the right to relocate the booking to a time more suitable for the company.

The company does not permit smoking in the vehicles, the clients is also not permitted to stand through the roof of any taxicab, limo or sedan vehicle or vehicles with sunroofs.

Any damage caused by the clients will result in a minimum charged to the clients. It will be at the discretion of the company as to whether the damage was caused by wear or tear. The Taxicab, Limo or Sedan Driver's word is final; this pertains to the route that is followed as well as general conduct and behavior in the car.

We do not refund any monies if the reservation is cancelled.

Our refund policy is at management's discretion and their word is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

All trips quoted include fuel, mileage, and Taxicab, Limo or Sedan Driver. You the clients are responsible for additional fees such as parking, toll fees and entrance fees. Additional hours and/or mileage will be charged at the quoted rate per hour and/or mile.

We ask all our clients to be reasonable when considering meals, refreshments and accommodation for Taxicab, Limo or Sedan Driver's, especially on long consecutive reservations.

Tipping the Taxicab, Limo or Sedan Driver for good service etc, this is at your discretion however a 10% gratuity is recommended.

$2 dollar per mile fare is actually a 23.1% discount off full metered taxi fare.

Discounts must be requested at the time of call (reservation), discount can not be applied after pickup.

A 10% charge will be charged should any changes be made to a booking (cancel trip, change pickup time or address) within 24 hours of pickup time.

All transportation services or finial there is no refunds after pickup time.
