Driver may not have gas money If you are going out of town and paying by credit card, transportation driver may not have gas money to do a long taxi trip, you may need to pay part of fare in gas.

Maybe no discount for waiting If a discount is offered by Transportation Driver it may be for miles only, wait time is normally not discounted.

Loss caused by damage Transportation Driver can't be held responsible for any loss caused by damage, theft, fire or any other cause whatsoever.

Item be left in the vehicle Please note that should any item be left in the vehicle the Transportation Driver will not be held responsible.

Responsible for delays Due to the nature of this service, we cannot be held responsible for delays as unforeseen circumstances can prevent our timeous arrival or departure. Should any unforeseen delays occur the Transportation Driver will where possible give the clients additional time in the vehicle

Not responsible accident or breakdown The Transportation Driver cannot be held responsible should any vehicle be involved in an accident or has a breakdown which results in our not being able to fulfill the booking Should the booking not be filled out correctly with the full details, the Transportation Driver has the right to relocate the booking to a time more suitable for the Transportation Driver.

The Transportation Driver does not permit smoking in the vehicles, the clients is also not permitted to stand through the roof of any transportation vehicle or vehicles with sunroofs.

Any damage caused by the clients will result in a minimum charged to the clients. It will be at the discretion of the Transportation Driver as to whether the damage was caused by wear or tear. The Transportation Driver's word is final; this pertains to the route that is followed as well as general conduct and behavior in the car.

All trips quoted include fuel, mileage, and Transportation Driver. You the clients are responsible for additional fees such as parking, toll fees and entrance fees. Additional hours and/or mileage will be charged at the quoted rate per hour and/or mile. We ask all our clients to be reasonable when considering meals, refreshments and accommodation for The Transportation Driver, especially on long consecutive reservations.

Tipping the Transportation Driver for good service etc, this is at your discretion however a 15% or more gratuity is recommended.

Discounts must be requested at the time of call (reservation), discount can not be applied after pickup.

A 10% charge will be charged should any changes be made to a booking (cancel trip, change pickup time or address) within 12 hours of pickup time.

Cancel after pickup All transportation services or finial we do not refund any monies if the reservation is cancelled after pickup time,

A 100% charge will be charged should you cancel reservation after pickup time, there is no refund.

A 50% charge will be charged should you cancel reservation within 15 minutes of pickup time.

A 25% charge will be charged should you cancel reservation within 2 hours of pickup time.

Our refund policy is at management's discretion and their word is final, No correspondence will be entered into.

Out of area pickup: will travel to any city for pickup, but your fare needs to = 2 x the miles i travel to pick you up, if I travel 20 miles for your pickup, then your taxi fare needs to = $40

Non-Local Pickup: if your taxi cab pickup is not local to me you may need to pay a $25 deposit by phone, you have up till 30 minutes of pickup to cancel after that no refund

$2.21 per mile fare: $2.21 per mile / $22.95 per hour wait time is an equivalent taxi rate after a 15% discount off the total metered taxi fare, by law my taxi meter rate is $2.60 per mile / $27.00 per hour wait time.

Grace Periods Metered Fare: you have a 10-minute grace period, After the grace period expires, waiting time charges will be assessed at the respective taxi meter hourly rate.

Grace Periods Taxi By The Hour: you have a 10-minute grace period, Lets say you pay for 2 hours starting at 9am ending at 11am, if you are 20 minutes late getting in car i will give you 10 minutes grace your new end time would now be 11:10am.

If Taxi Is Late Metered Fare: If taxi is late for your pickup, you still get the 10 minute grace.

If Taxi Is Late Taxi By The Hour: If taxi is late for your pickup, you still get the 10 minute grace and the total late time added to your trip time.

Late Taxi, Pre Pay Refund: If taxi is more than 10 minutes late and you pre-paid and wish to cancel we will refund total pre payment to your credit card and offer you 25% off next taxi trip any trip local or out of town.

No Discounts for Special Events: Special Events are defined as any event such as a major sporting event, concert event, or convention that is expected to cause extreme demand for vehicles in the San Bernardino and Riverside County taxi service area.

Discounts: Taxi Cab Discounts are for trips of 20 miles or more ($50 dollars or more)

Failure to do so voids the discount,
